I wish I could click, “Love” rather then Like! Do you have a firing schedule you could share? A schedule for firing clay and glass? Really, love, love, love everything about these creations.
Thank you so much. I usually either fire the clay to its proper temperature and then fire again separately to cone 1 with a slow firing and a slow cool (kiln closed until room temperature) or fire clay and glass together to the clays appropriate temperature (also slow cooling to room temperature-kiln closed the whole way there). Technically it is best to fire to temperature and fire back down for glass to anneal, but it isn’t necessary with the relatively small volumes of glass that I use. I encourage experimentation! Debra
